Club history
North Sydney Soccer club, previously called North Sydney Artarmon Soccer Club, was established in 1980. From our humble beginnings 29 years ago the club has grown from four teams to fifteen. This includes eight all age mens teams, three over thirty fives teams and four womens teams. We now proudly boast around two hundred members and this continues to grow every year.
As part of the Ku-ring-gai & District Soccer Association (KDSA) we play against teams from the lower and upper North Shore area. Our home ground is Cammeray Oval, a stones throw from the Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay where we can be found every Saturday after the game.
North Sydney is a very social club and has many events organised through out the season. In October we host our annual inter club “Home Internationals Competition” which sees the likes of Australia & New Zealand, North of England, South of England, Ireland, Scotland and the Rest of the World teams battle it out against each other. We also hold an annual awards ceremony to recognise the season’s achievements, players of the year, mugs of the year and top scorers, which is always a great success. Apart from the football, events such as charity pub-crawls, quiz nights, weekends away and of course the post match celebrations make North Sydney Soccer Club a great club to be a part of.
